Grow Gateway Immigration is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by embassy or government decisions, policy changes, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to commitments stated in the signed agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
